Eyebrow Threading

I had my eyebrows threaded about two weeks ago on a Shavata beauty counter in one of the department stores. In case you don’t know, threading is an alternative to plucking or waxing. It is supposed to last six weeks. The procedure took just a couple of minutes and was painless.  My eyebrows came out looking more even than I ever manage left to my own devices. There was a little redness across the brow for a few minutes after the procedure but it cleared up pretty quickly. I have waited a while to post because I was curious to see if there would be any after effects – like perhaps soreness or spots or something but I am pleased to report that all is well. It was my first threading experience,  but it certainly won’t be the last. The same counter is also doing lip and chin treatments and I plan on making an appointment soon. Watch this space.
