I had an experience a bit like this some years ago in a big record shop in Glasgow. I was looking at the Latin jazz section and this chap materialised beside me and told me how brilliant Tito Puente was - the classical department can be a bit the same.

Hello Izzy - I started wearing a hat last year (small, from Warehouse, pull-on, cream, fluffy wool) - when you will remember it was absolutely perishing (-15C here at its worst). However it's not so cold this year and I still want to wear the hat. Am I turning into Hilda Ogden? I think it may be an old woman thing? Will the next thing be a tartan shopping trolley with wheels??? /m\

Put me down for two!

It sounds a bit like the TCP Ointment (which you can't get any more either) - it was a smelly and greasy ointment of a dull and unpleasant yellow colour, however it seemed to cure EVERYTHING!
